I'm Link!

Congrats! You're the Hero of Time! You have a strong sense of justice and go out of your way to right a wrong. You are very patient and treat everyone with respect...no matter how much they annoy you. It's obvious you can hold your own in a fight, but because of your quiet nature, people tend to underestimate you.
Take the Which OoT Character are You? Quiz!
Woo-hoo! I didn't have any idea how this quiz would turn out, but I ended up as Link! What? You don't know who Link is? Gosh, I don't even know where to start.
Some years ago... 1990?... my dad and I used to play Zelda games on the old Super Nintendo machine. What better way to blow off steam between college exams that by freeing the world from bad guys! Truth, honor, justice -- all in a day's work for Link! Flash forward to 2006 and the release of The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess. Wow! Did you check out those links and see the difference in the graphics between then and now?
Anyway, as a continuation of the legacy, Alex has become a Link fan. (I'll have to find a picture of him dressed up as Link.) So now we have three generations playing Twilight Princess. Kinda makes the eyes mist up, doesn't it?

Not fixed! Sarah is Malon:
Congrats! You're the ranch girl! You have a magnetic personality and know the meaning of hard work. You always have a smile on your face, despite whatever troubles are in the back of your mind. A lover of animals, you can't stand to see them abused. You often put others' needs before your own to ensure their happiness.

I think quite a few answers map to Link, though.

Um.... I'm apparently some kind of princess.:
Having never played Zelda (though I'm considering purchasing a Wii just to try it), I didn't recognize most of the references. About a third of the questions I left blank.Posted by: Sean | February 5, 2007 7:13 AM
Hey, where'd my post go?

Cutting and pasting the HTML from the Zelda quiz has enough links that it triggers moderation of the post. Lisa must have gone in and approved the comment, since it shows up now.

I can see that. Though my "Where'd my post go?" post also didn't show up right away. I wonder if I've flagged myself as a troublemaker to the blog software. :-)

Nah, I checked and the blog software knows that you're okay (it recognizes that it's already published entries with your e-mail address, for example).
I've noticed that sometimes comments don't appear until I do a page refresh. And sometimes even that doesn't seem to do the trick, and it takes a minute or two before another refresh makes the comment appear. I'm guessing there are deep, dark secrets to how Apache interacts with web browsers that are well beyond my meager HTML understanding...
